Bad services and experience
gulshan v.couple
I booked room in hotel Tulsi Palace but due to late, I was said that hotel room is not empty and they showed me other hotel named hotel Ambey and there was written Checkout time for Tulsi Palace was 12 pm but they told me that I have to stay according to hotel Ambey checkout time which is 10:30 pm. Did cheating with me.
