Hotel Surya Executive

with Surya executive stay was excellent, staff was quite helpfully and prompt, food quality was excellent. overall nice stay

It is centrally placed hotel with decent rooms and amenities. Food quality was good and buffet spread had decent variety

Through my company I have booked an executive AC room with a king bed but when I proceed for the check in they have allocated me a twin bed room with lower category room when I insisted for the same and denied for the twin then the staff has allocated me the room which I booked. So I feel this is not fair. If a person has booked something it should be there. Mostly I am a business traveler many of the time I experienced that looking at a single person hotel staff allocate the twin bed room to the person and keeping the King bed for their prime family customers. This is a nut justification. Please hotel management have to look into this.

I checkin in Morning 6 and unfortunately they didn’t have early checkin. I requested lotz but they charged. I completed my meeting and came at hotel at 5:00 but they told me to checkout bcoz they booked that room for in night 7. My return bus time was 10:30 at night and total 5 hr i was seating at reception.

The rooms were not made up. AC was not working in one room. The staff was not polite. Do not permit late checkout even after Requst

property's location is very good everything is nearby from the property stay was good services were good only concern about the food not upto the mark very spicy not maintaining standard of food quality as the hotel is marked three star need to improve the food quality and selection of variants in breakfast

My child was charged extra food, which was not informed while check in. Very bad experience. Will not visit again

The reception staff is not decent in talk , food good, rooms are average compared to cost, location is near city bus station, bath rooms were not equipped with soaps and other toilets items.

Beds are extremely small, food quality was not Upto the mark like in B’fast they kept Pavbhaji and misalpav --- for both of the days there were no onion. 1st day they had given me little bit onion after multiple request and by that time I had finished my breakfast. 2nd day with Misal there was no onion. Rooms also need maintenance there was a fuse bulb they had replaced it after multiple follow-ups.

Hotel is good, staff is attentive they have good food and drink options available room service is quick so overall value for money

Surya Executive Hotel is very useless and no one should stay in that hotel and the management there is very greedy for money and when they have a small child with them they give a twin bed and then tell you that you have to buy an extra bed and it is very very useless express

Location is within city but bit inside off main road i.e.not prominent...the staff was deligent,, breakfast was good...but the hotel environment didn't felt encouraging... washroom was the smallest I had seen with light going off intermittently.. If budget is not a constraint or even otherwise look for other options

The Staff on Reception was little less then Goon.They gave Me early check-in at 6.45 am,Thanks. i requested them tongive me two Hours extra for check out..for which I will pay..They told to pay for full day..then 1400 + taxes..which I agreed..Then they called me and told 2100 + taxes as i have done booking from Make mY trip..which I agreed..STILL they called me at 6.00 am asked for check out..Next ten minutes..a person was knocking the door .to take my bag out...I was out of the hotel premises before 6.30.am Newer to come back again

Good food, great ambiance, supportive staff. Staying with Surya Excutive is a really nice experience.
