Very bad hotel and rude people of all hotel team

Dear team Owner is very rude and bad attitude. I checked in around 3pm but they did not given booked room instead given single bed room and left to temple and came back around 10pm.He started playing very rude as commanded to pay as he did not get money from you. Immediately I shared the bill. Even though he asked me to pay excess. They came but no use. We came out that hotel at 11:30pm.

My staff showing 3 bed rooms but this person don’t go that rooms and this person booked only 2 persons but came with 4 persons when I asked that your booking status room only for 2 person if add on 2 person then you have to pay extra charges then this customer and his family very angry behaviour very rudely and call the police after all police came and investigate all the matters we showing booking confirmation details then police officer return back from my hotel I wish this type of customer don’t come again in this property
