I book this shilo inn in make my trip app the booking was confirmed but i reached the hotel they are telling that there is no room at mid night more than 3 hrs i spent time in middle of road my money and trust everything gone in make my trip both are cheated

Very poor and terrible experience i have ever had

We checked the picture, and it was awesome after what we got was. There is no lock for the bathroom and no escalater they didn't provide the key for room untile we asked and the blackets are not washed also the bedsheet. The location was wrong, so we walked around 40 minutes to find out the hotel. And it was in a gully. The room was not worth of money.

Any hotel number is not closed , guest is speaking wrong or location is absolutely fine, property is on road, don't know why this sir is speaking like this. this gentleman has written in the review, I am replying to it only after checking it completely. I know the guests are always right or we try our best not to disturb the guests in any way. But still we accept your apologies, thanks
