Hello make my trip aap ki service excellent hai, but hotel ki service se satisfaction nahi hua. Hum 4 adult aur 1 child the, but 1 room 2 adult aur 1 room 1 adult ka diya ab 2 bed wale room me 3 adult aur 1 child kese reh sakte hai. Aur extra metres ka kaha to 200 rs extra charge manga. But humane usko bola hum nahi denge. Bahut baa t chili fir raat ko sine ke time per di. Kehte the tum offline book karvate to hum de dete. Ye kya baa t huyi

It was the worst experience ever I had. My room was small and the facilities are also bad. Room does not have attached washroom and it was also not mentioned during the time of booking. I face so many issues as my family member was not well and he faced a lot of problems I am really very disappointed with the service.
