Hotel Saraswathy Bhavanam

Very ugly surroundings, bad rooms, service is poor. No parking space. No european closet. Room cleanliness is too poor. A bad smell is felt all over the property. A local bar is next to the hotel. Very noisy. Family travellers can't stay there.

Worst hotel, darkened walls, no washbasin, no blankets or towel. No hot water

Very very poor. Shabby, unclean. Television not working, complained 3 times, no response. No wash basin or mirror in the bathroom. No bath towel or bedsheets. Totally disappointing.

The hotel's location was very nice and convenient. It was a value for money stay. Services were good. The room was very clean and all the facilities were available in the Hotel.

Location wise, it was neither very close nor very far from the temple. We were not provided any food, so we have to take the food from outside. Services were not up to the mark. Staff behavior was okay. The room was bad. The washroom and the room were dirty. The facilities were poor in the Hotel.

Simple and clean room in busy market close to Madurai Meenakshi Ammam temple.

Rooms of the Hotel were seems to be small. Hotel us located very near to railway Station and Meenakshi temple. Outside of Hotel was not as clean as it should be. Staff was very cooperative and decent. The room was not having any chair inside and outside also a little space was available for seating. Overall stay was good it was nice to stay with this Hotel.

Except the location no parking space and restaurant. Employees are good.
