The property is in prime location but the size of the room is too small no place to walk around also its too tiny and not at all reasonable for that price , there is no proper restaurant, it is mainly dependent on the candle loght dinners .

Worthless in one word. sorry to say that rooms are so small that they had to keep the chairs outside when they placed my extra mattress inside the room.Bathrooms are so small that one obese person would not be able to use. The smart key of the door didn't work at all.Few staffs are trying to do their job properly.

Our first night wasn’t great — my shower door was broken, and my parents’ bathroom had a bad smell. They did change their room and fixed my shower the next day, which I appreciated. Deepak was helpful in getting few things sorted for the first night stay. however , the rooms are quite small and have a strange smell all the time. The night reception staff also wasn’t very accommodating. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

We have stayed at the property called Sarang, the boutique. Nothing in particular, which looks like a boutique, however, the service was very average. The manager named Deepak was absolutely rude with us. We already informed that we will be coming around 8 o’clock in the night. We have two rooms so it is understood that the two room should be the same floor. The rooms are at different floors and also the two rooms are not similar. Second day, There was no Cleaning services done instead of telling him on his face in the morning they should be cleaning the rooms. They’re not bothered to listen to us . They’re just changing the towels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone to my friends or families. Not really happy with the way the service provided.

Good Hotel for Couples looking for a Romantic Stay

First things first. The washrooms are too small. We had booked a room for 3 days for a family of 4 including a kid and an infant. The rooms weren't too big . The location was not that great. For shopping one needs to travel at least 3-5 km in Jaipur Traffic. The hotel staff and service was decent. Not satisfied with the location, room size and washroom size. Good hotel for couples looking for a cozy and romantic stay.

I have book this hotel through MMT but when I am submitting KYC are reaching hotel the staff are saying that this UID is not valid and in this UID photo is not matching with person and we haven't any other KYC documents that time. We also confirm them that we always use that KYC at others hotels and other fields but they are denying that this UID is not valid and they do not give any room. And it's online book through MMT and online payment already done after that they do not give any room or no refund. Make sure everyone please don't book this hotel through online portal. Thank You !!
