The waste services were very disappointing. No cleaning was done, food waste was not collected, and the service was not worth the cost.

Hotel is good in all respects. staff are good. Due to oneway traffic rule we faced little problem to reach hotel. Second point is no restaurant is attached to hotel therefore we faced to get food in the late hour after reaching hotel. Otherwise hotel is good. Krishnaji. Hyderabad.

The property was no so value for money No television working no napkins given no clock water bottleonly 500ml which is not sufficient it’s rate must be near to 15 to 17 thousand

Hotel Wifi was not worked . Room Service was very poor and TV was not worked.

Property is good but in-house restaurant was not working for dinner. The room was clean but the drainage for the washrooms were faulty and washroom was swamped by water

The hotel was good and cleaned. But the TV was not operating, even after asking for help for multiple times they were not responding.

HOTEL RN GRAND- WORST SERVICE. WE BOOKED 4 ROOMS. EACH ROOM HAD MULTIPLE PROBLEMS DURING 2 DAY STAY. DOOR LOCK PROBLEM, TV NOT WORKING. SET TOP BOX NON Availability, HDMI cable non availability. Almost each room has some or other problem. All wash rooms are having reverse slope. whole water accumulates at entry to wash room. Rooms were damp and paint was peeled off. the attached restaurant is non functional. Overall poor stay

Bedsheets and pillows were dirty, and the AC cooling was very low, making the stay uncomfortable and disappointing.

In this hotel housekeeping, staff, everything is up to the mark. all facility are up to mark. but In TV only view free channel

The room is good and spacious. But the basic things like hand wash , shampoo are not available. It is recommended to carry them. As I carry them always , I felt comfortable with the stay.

Hotel was good, the service and staffs are also very nice, location is very good it’s on road so no worries about anything. Overnight stay was fantastic
