One of wrist hotel till now. No hygiene was maintained. No

I was told room not available, contacted mmt, after 1hrs when i reached another hotel, they provided room, deluxe room without ac, toilet and room very dirty, not recommended at all to any visitors.

Overall it was a good experience, room service was good but they should upgrade their furniture as the furniture and interior was old, it should be updated rest is fine, one more thing the reception person should be more polite towards their customers as they speak in rude tune sometimes, rest is fine. This hotel is good if you want to stay there for solo trip, location especially was at hazratganj awesome location to stay.

Location is good. Staff is very nice. Food too is good.

The behaviour of malana ji at reception was very good. I had to take some urgent printout and he gave me from counter itself. But i think i was unlucky in case of room. When i reached there, malana ji allocated me room no. 306, which at first sight had good impression on me. But after some time i realized that food stains on the bedsheet were hidden with blanket. Also no hand soap, bathing shampoo were provided from hotel side(i guess it varies from hotel to hotel. I was charged for water bottle also. Anyways, i had only one night stay and i reached at 11:45 pm hence i didn't said anything to the management. Overall i would say that behaviour was pretty decent but hygiene was not good.
