Hotel Rewa Garh

Noisy a/c, no lift, dirty toilet, broken bidet. Shower not working. Won’t recommend. Only good thing is the people working there are smiling.

Very bad hotel. The rooms were no better than 500 rs lodge. They joined two beds with uneven mattresses. Never book it for a family or a couple.

Room service is very nice. All the staff are good

My wife disappoints a lot, washroom very bad, worst experience of my life to stay in hotel Dhramsala is better than this.

My stay was OK and the stay at hotel was not as per the description and expectation. I don't know how makemytrip gave good ratings over such poor facility.

As I stayed in Hotel Gulab Garh there is no warm welcome, room door lock is broken, no hot water and give order for morning tea no body listen my order, never stay again and recommend them.

It was average stay. The hotel was not clean enough. There were a lot of birds just outside the window, so once you open the window the birds feathers will enter into the room.

We stayed for 4 days and the manager and support staff were very polite. Room service was good.
WC seat was not fully cleaned when we checked in. Should be fully cleaned before check-in pillows had patches on their white backs white bedspread had some dark spots these leave us to suspect if the beds and pillows were thoroughly washed. Just a doubt. Based on the above 2 reasons, I have given a 3 rating, else it would be for Mr. Chauhan and support staff were very polite.

Everything is perfect. This hitel is near to amer road wch helps a lot to roam and enjoy the local market. Cleanliness is also good. The little bit negative part is Bed condition. Afterall it is value gor money

I will only say this that never ever go to this hotel. The reception staff was abusing language and made us checkout before time and I booked for super deluxe and they gave me deluxe room when I opposed they started abusing

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and 1 night, as we know this is situated on Amer road, that's very easy to go Hawa Mahal, city palace and Jantar Mantar. And we can shop easily from the pink city market. But there is no water geyser available. When we demand for this, hotel's staff didn't ready to do this. Anyways all over stay is good.

Gulab gardh hotel is a good option to stay in Jaipur .. Hotel is near to public transport. Staff is very helpful and specially hotel manager is very coperatve .. Hotel have a lift and a ffee WiFi. I can recommend this hotel for budget travellers

No charging point in the room, short circuit plug was there, not up to the mark, no toilet amenities or towel provided by them, have to call for room cleaning ... Hotel authority should look on these things, for the next stay I will think to choose this hotel.

I went to Jaipur with family on holidays. Location of hotel is out of city. Appearance is not at all good when compared with charges. Smell of the bird dropping will welcome you in the hotel. Front office was not at all clean, neat, I could see the ash of agarbatties was also not cleaned in the corner of the front office, rooms were in dark like a "boot bangala". No occupancy was noted by me. So I thought this place is not safe for family and without checking in the hotel, in spite of full payment I left the hotel and occupied another good hotel in city in 50% charges. I informed Make my trip organization on toll free number but they neglected me and not tried to solve my problem. So please not to rely on photographs of the hotels on makemytrip website and don't pay first. I will provide the photographs to the website if they ask.

Honestly speaking the stay was not comfortable at all. Condition of the room was very bad. Remote of the television was not working. None of the electrical socket was working in the room. Despite regular complaints no action was being taken. And guess what to make a complaint you have to go personally at reception because intercom was having a deep sleep. I booked two rooms and had a miserable experience. I believed in Makemytrip and booked the hotel. Now I am not going to use its service for any of my booking.
