Very worst experience. Room cleaning was not done before our check in. Empty water bottles of previous guest was available in room. Hairs of previous guest found on floor. Web cob found in furniture. Swimming pool found dirty. Room hygiene was worst.

Ok so before reaching hotel i called them and asked for parking and then said we have our own parking inside the hotel but when we reach we got to know that i have to park my car road side this one lil unsafe tho i paid almost 10k for that hotel not worth it even actually i want some refund

I booked & got this small rooms with small bed. Don’t book this hotel. They were extremely rude and gave us a room that looked nothing like the images. When we complained, they said they couldn’t upload all the pictures The room’s condition was terrible.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Overall fine but not that great to call value for money

Overall ok experience but not that great. Location is good and nearby to city palace. We got a better deal next day at lower price and better location when we reached there and search locally. Rooms look big in photos but not that big in reality.

Hotel is good. Food is also good but little expensive. Connectivity of hotel with station and other tourist places is really good, you can walk upto the common tourist places. You can easily get taxi and auto from this place. No thanks

The hotel is good but not worth the price they ask for. It’s a average hotel with just average price. The receptionist was not friendly at all and we were assigned room very late.

Id give 5/5 for the location. The pool (4. 5/5) is beautiful. You can just just relax in between the trees and sunlight. Didn't get a change to taste the food. The rooms were comfortable, colorful and bright. (5/5) service provide was very good. They were very polite and room service was provided immediately(4. 5/5)
