The first room shown was pathetic and foul smelling. The bathroom window was so low that anyone outside can see the person inside. Later another room was given in first floor which had other different problems. The bathroom was again smelling bad. Bathroom roof was wet and full of fungus. The closet was leaking. Second day the heater didn’t work at all. We asked for towels which came late and stinky. There was no towel given for the third person even though we booked triple occupancy room. Irritating part was that the attender asked us to adjust. Pillow with used dirty pillow cover was given. There were always people shouting outside the room even after 12 in midnight. We were highly disappointed. We paid for 2 days; but the room is not worth even for 1/10th of the money. The tv was not working at all. They told very proudly that it will not work. No action even after complaining

It was not a hotel but like student lodge. I paid more than 13000 for this couple room. It was really dirty and did not feel once that i am in hotel. None of the power socket working, i was charging my mobile at reception. After several complaints they came and fixed, tv was also not working and they were not able to fix that. No proper lights in the room. Bed size was ok, blanket was good. But overall room was dirty. Toilet comode was also not working properly

The hotel was in extreme poor condition. It was horrible experience. The rooms were stinking, no sunlight, no ventilation, bedsheets were dirty, washrooms were unhygienic, switches were broken, lights bulbs were broken, there was a window on the ceiling. They promised bonfire and snacks but there was none.

it is not worth for ₹2000. the room was not ready@ 12-30 pm. no bed spread, pillow cover changed even after many requests. space was very congestive for couples and kids. broken tv sets( non-functional), no mirror on wash basin, no light, bath room door lock was not there. toilet was not clean. in bangalore city, we get 3-5 star hotels.
