OK Overall hotel is good except some slow service. Room service is slow. Maybe restaurant is out of the hotel. Location is easy approaching. Cleanliness needs some improvement. Lift also has got some faults.

Nice experience to stay with om residency ... It is situated in the heart of the city ... Near to haveli restaurant which is fois for veg foods.
Hotel staff are cooperative and good ambience.

But they should work on complementary -, means they should clearly tell what they are going to offer as after booking I came to know about complementary menu- which forced me to have hot discussion with MMT too.
End result zero after personal discussion with hotel problem resolved.
MMT failed to resolve menu issue.
Hotel should clearly publish menu for complementary food booking, need to improve variety quantity of Complementary food.
Rest hotel is good & value for money.. Lift need some repairing..

Room is not good as I saw in pic in make my trip,
Breakfast is not so tasty but tea is awesome in taste.
Location is nice, it is 1. 5 km from Jhansi fort, and park.

Lift needs to be repaired. It jerks in the middle. Apart from this, the rooms are well lit and clean. Good place to stay. They don't have a restaurant but you can order food at your room. The hotel is close to Jhansi railway station and Jhansi Fort.
In the month of October 2016 I stayed at this hotel. The destination of the hotel is good and location of the hotel was good, it is located in the city. The appearance of the hotel was good internally and externally. Overall service in the hotel was good and they were quick in the service. The room allotted to me was good, spacious and it was well maintained with all required amenities in working condition. Food served in the hotel was good. No Wi-Fi facility was good. I did not observe any of the activity at this hotel. I will recommend this hotel for upcoming travellers.

I have booked a hotel for checking in 10th March 2016 and details are as below. Booking id: nh7116218705312. For 1 night 1 room(AC deluxe) and confirmed on my mail with sms on my registered mobile number. I reached at hotel reception near by 10. 30 pm and asked for checking as per confirmed booking mail and sms, manager had denied to give me a hotel. I continuous struggle for get in but failed to do. Then made a call to makemytrip and had a long conversation, ultimately result was zero.
The reason was payment was not done by makemytrip to hotel of previous booking of previous customers that it is pending since 3-4 months. Also, in front of me hotel reception man had denied to give me hotel to makemytrip representatives. Ultimately time come by 12 night. Any how, I managed my room on my personal basis with advance payment at higher rate. This gives me intense tension and lost my that night peace. One things is noticed that either parties blamed to each other. Also, hotel said to me that my hotel room confirmation was not confirmed to Makemytrip person even though they have confirmed me.
Also, I noticed that in any booking there were no calls come from hotel to customer. Where as other travel trip body has facilities (yoho, go like) that after booking hotel persons gave a call to customer for booking information. Any how very terrific experience.
