Wifi not provided, kitchen closed, ac stopped working from midnight, very bad experience. The bedsheet and pillows are not cleaned. Spent a terrible night!

Not a good choice

There is no parking facility. No one was there at reception when we reached there, had to wait for 20-25 minutes. Then finally with the help of nearby shopkeepers was able to call manager. Bed was not good, needs repair retirement. Leakage in bathroom.

Not for regular travellers

Hotel is in good location but service and food quality is very poor. If you are frequent traveller for business it's not for you. Hotel is very strict about visitors and food quality and quantity is very poor

The rooms were average. The colour scheme of walls were not to my taste. Overall I enjoyed the stay. The restaurant food is probably one the best you can find in all of Varanasi.
