The hotel was a disaster. I didn’t stay also. Room was pathetic, no cleaning, no staff. Makemytrip should review the hotel before listing it. My money got waste. I didn’t stay there it was pathetic condition

Wrong location-difficult to find, service was very terrible, no consideration for customer experience, bed was terrible, you can hear near room chats in your room all sounds

Bed was terrible noisy if change sides during sleep, no soundproofing in rooms, you can easily hear the chats from a nearby rooms, manager doesn't care what do you need, no listening to Customer needs, they will take benefits out of your needs. No late checkouts, manager is hungry for money by saying its couple friendly hotel. Allover very pathetic experience.

familyManager was rude. He denied check-in at 9.30 pm to 2 ladies and 1 child of 1.5 years. Thrown id proofs on the table. He doesn't know the location and cannot guide us to reach to the property. Lot of follow up has been done to get the check-in. Breakfast was pathetic and tea was not good as well. Room was not properly cleaned and it was wet. Suggestion, pay extra bucks but do not go for Oyo at all.
