The hotel license should be cancel-led, washroom was dirtiest then public toilet, i have paid full amount at the time of booking at mmt still hotel has taken extra amount in the name of convenience charges

There was zero service. Ac doesn't work. Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty. Walls are dirty. Rooms are too small for the price.

I want a full refund with compensation. And going to lodge a complaint against your company in consumer forum. Already told you, i want a full refund with compensation. Let the consumer forum decide the refund amount.

3rd class service. Call me tomorrow

Very very poor hotel and location not properly, when i goes to the reception room first the manager did not find my name, then he asked me show your pnr i'd, then i showed pnr i'd then he told i have not paid any amount of this hotel but i have already paid the hotel. Then i not stay the hotel but my payment is not returned.

Hotel totaly denied for booking confirmation, totally fake booking, they told me that no booking confirmed from make my trip, i have paid extra 1000 for stay, totally disgusting, they told that we cant do anything, plase pay 1000 for non ac booking, totally bad experience from make my trip.

The hotel took more money from me

Stay was terrible. They charge extra amount rs300 for ac room. Room was dirty and washroom was small and taps are not working properly.

The stay was pathetic. I had to change 3 rooms within the hotel in order to get a decent one to stay in. The washroom was either broken, dirty, or poop floating in the pot. The bedsheets were dirty, had holes in it. I was disturbed atleast 5 times through out my stay of one day to get the bill clearance on the food and water they provided during checkin time. The food was bad too. The owner was sweet but the stay is something i would never recommend anyone to stay in. Bad service, bad rooms, very unhygienic.

The manager harasses you for more money. Takes triple the money than what you booked for. The staff stands on your bed. The room stinks, stains were there on the bedsheet and pillows. Horrible never visit this place.

He has tell me your booking is only 2 hours so give me extra 1100 to stay full night than i am pay 1100 extra

This hotel denied me to stay for the booking period and asked me to stay only for an hour in a non ac room. This is a very very bad experience and an unexpected behavior from a hotel. I won't recommend anyone to visit this place for staying in kolkata

Hotels gave 2 hours late rooms and extra charge was done to me from hotels

Makemytrip is the most worst app. The hotel is also worst. We booked a day by makemytrip app by they told as that the booking included in hourly process. The prices are very high. The food quality is worst.

It was good. Rooms are small but perfect for stay for a day or two.

Stay facility was good. Staffs well behavedbut it was too problematic while checking in. I have booked classic room after diacount which clearly shows a/c room. But hotel owner said it was non ac! they charged me 1350 extra for a/c! what's going on? why aren't they collaborating their hotel policies with online booking app? someone booking online ac room and they personally charging extra costfood is too costlier! 4 pc chicken item for rs 400! ***

1st) they denied me to give an a. C. Room and charged me extra rs. 400- for a. C. Room. Though i paid online for a ac. Room. When i told them to call service center they also denied telling that "it is my problem" so they are not going to call and forced me to pay extra 400- or to switch in a non a. C. Room. 2nd) the room they have allotted me which has a water leakage issue. Due to heavy rain our bed was almost wet. 3rd) they didn't even provide a clean towel. Towels that they provided had food stains. So, after my first experience i must say i'll never choose this hotel even on gunpoint.
