Hotel O Taj Royal

Hotel room and wash room very clearly. But food rate much.

Really excellent hospitality and was near to tajmahal, just walking distance. So it was really help-full

The hotel was good location was too good but in terms of cleanliness it was poor the washroom was not at all clean inspite of asking they didnt do properly.

i booked a ac room but they gave me non AC and that too washrooms smells like drainage when used tap. horrible experiences. my money was wasted and i will never use Oyo again .i paid extra 300 rs again to change a room . I want my money back. i just adjusted because I don't have a choice to change another hotel

Dirty rooms. No room cleaning after repeatedly call. Food service not available. Kitchen was closed. Extra charge 30 percent charged for one hour after checkout time even informed them earlier. Bakwas hotel. It should be given zero rating even in minus

Power cut was a issue but everything else was fine.
