Was supposed to check in around 11pm but due to delayed flight from Guwahati only managed to reach the property at 1am. The caretaker refused to open the door and phone calls didn’t get any result. After standing in the street for 30 minutes and kept trying all phone numbers including property, one lady took the call and agreed to let me know in if I pay cash. One of the worst experience

Shower didnot work. No telephone in room no toiletories such as soap, toothpaste etc. In bathroom overpriced for facilities provided.

Nice hotel. Close to Kalighat Temple. Hotel staff is good. Restaurant is not there but easily food can be ordered from Zomato. So food is not a URL is always available in hotel. Room has windows. Lot of fresh air.

Sradhanjali Guest House is ok as per my opinion staffs behavior is also average. Location is very good and it's safe and peaceful. Transportation is available 24/7.

Everything was good except the bed

Terrible experience for ha penning couple like us since the bed was very bad. Please change the bed of that particular room no. 305 since its very disturbing during special moments on the bed.

It was a nice stay, room was good, cozy and comfortable. Washroom was also clean. Tatasky was there, the cupboard provided was good, and the breakfast was also very tasty and tummy filling especially the Omelet. the staff was very cooperating and decent.overall it was a great stay.

This stay was good. Location was easy accessible and was near lake mall so we have many options for food and was just some distance to main road.
Air Conditioner was not working properly as it was not cooling enough as the temperature and cleaning was okay type but it was located to main road easy accessible that I liked about this stay.
