Hotel O Spectrum residency

It was quite good staying in Spectrum.. Receptionist were good in welcoming guest.. Cleanliness was upto the mark...

Cleanliness -very bad water shortage i booked a room with complementary breakfast but the hotel management said that they can't provide the complementary breakfast as the extra cost for the same was taken while booking on mmt. There was also written that there will be complementary late check out for maximum 2 hours but didn't allow us that too. They took late check out payment as well. I found it misleading as what was given in mm t & actual scenario. Thank you

Very pleasant. And. Good behaviour of all staff. And food quality is good. Over all a very good experience.

Everything was good all together. Management and the rooms. Staffs have professional behaviour and rooms were clean. Everything you would expect from these price range.

On arriving at midnight i was allotted standard room while booked delux room and ac was not working neither tv. Was available. After traveling for 40 hrs this experience was horrible. No tea etc is available on arrival neither tea/coffee maker is available neither night staff was bothered to help in checkin carried language by own on 3rd floor however ground staff such as security guards tried lot to satisfy me and at 3am managed to provide proper room to rest after effort by security gaurd. While manager & night staff was not co operative while morning reception desk was co operative and told we are helpless regarding yesterday incident as have compliant with management regarding the same. Food was ok and limited food available, service was. Ok location is too far from city & have distance from main road making hard to find cab moto driver the best cooperation gain from ground staff as waiters and specially security guard, on their request extended the stay with assurance for comfort stay & help from their side. The reception desk in morning hours was cooperative, while in night you are on our own don't expect anything from night staff

Location is not good. Very poor food quality room & service is good

The hotel was good but no one was there to guide carry baggage to the room. They give the room keys in the reception itself, and the guests have to go to the rooms by themselves.

I checked in into the hotel last night quite late and checked out today an hour after the their scheduled time and the person at the reception charged us for late checkout

Place can be cleaner. Service can be better. Overall it was an average stay. Price is higher compared to rooms.

Horrible experience i had there. Rooms, washroom were so stinky, bedsheets were torn, soft were stinky, torn when i asked for room change then also they told no rooms available and didn't try to make existing room little bit better. And food was also bad there and it was too pricy.

They asked extra money since i had booked through makemytrip. Com with some discount. But the room was good and food quality was also good.

▪️Room showing in the website is totally different from the actual room totally waste of money ▪️ and also denied refund which was very rude ▪️room was very dirty and sticky ▪️ Though they have shift our room but that room was just average according to the price
