Hotel O Seema Stays Inn

I have booked hotel through make my trip for stay in Hotel O seema stay's inn in newtown area of kolkata for 01 guest from 12th to 15th December having booking No - NH79201371922498. On reaching at hotel he told me that hotel is full & no room is available. I asked hotel manager to call booking manager then he told me that your booking of make my trip is handed over to OYO & OYO has booked even though we conveyed that there is no vacancy of room. I the manager & I talked with OYO manager for @ one hour but it could not be resolved hence finally OYO manager has created refund order & told me that as per our policy you will get refund within 14days & told that he don't know the refund policy of make my trip so he was unable to say within how much day I will get refund. but at night @23:00 with tireness of two days journey I had went to find some other hotel from the location where auto was also not available in midnight. My other booking with makemytrip was good but in this booking they told me that your booking with makemytrip was diverted to OYO & OYO manager could not provide me hotel accommodation.

i came to know that my hotel booking for kolkata is diverted to oyo & i got worst experience.

in the beginning, hotel owner is directly saying he'll not accept oyo booking. very bad behaviour n too bad ambience
