Reception staff behaviour soo bad, we have booked and paid, at the time of check-in, demand extra amount rs. 1500 by cash which i've paid after they provide me room key and in room ac, flush, tv etc. Not working in whole room, room service and non-availability of water in washroom etc.

Soiled washroom, dirty pillow cover & bedsheet, no tv or wifi, mattress not comfortable overall pathetic experience

If there is zero award zero to yourself. It's the worst hotel on the entire planet that is available and the hotelier is charging money over and above the booked amount

Very bad experience. The lady who is attending the guests is very rude. And the rooms are very bad.

the room they providing me is in very poor condition nd smelling. staff is very arrogant they said me yhi room he lena he toh lo ni toh dusra hotel dekho I raise concern also but oyo not helped. lastly I would say oyo is not reliable

Not suitable for family. In-spite of prepaid they denied to give room and said that no rooms available. They showed one room which was like a toilet.

They demand extra money. Double the amount of money while booking. And the manager and the staff is very rude and misbehaved

Hotel service is too worst. Or hotel me cleaning bhi nah i kart e when i check in in the room it's looks like used bedsheet change he nah i ke the. Service is not good and rooms se smell aa rhi the they didn't maintain there hotel. And pay karne ke bad bhi extra charges pay karwaya tab room diya.

Very bad experience of my stay. Untidy room with small insects. Badly smelling. Anyhow i spent 2 nights as it was affordable for me. But i will never stay in this hotel satya vilas.

First of all they charge extra money after check-in as my booking was prepaid and second is about their service, their service is terrible they can't even provide a blanket on time after 3 to 4 hours later we got that.

I booked hotel and which they didn't treated me well, the bathroom was horrible The room was not cleaned properly. Also they charge me rupees 500 extra at the counter after booking the hotel Not worth.

4. check in issues was therewe paid already from online mode while booking through make my tripthey charged 300 ₹ extra to check-in ,& whe had to do that because of exam on that daystaff was so polite ,mam at reception so kind & generous to us overall ti was good apart from check-in. issues

Ac and even fan was not working. Dirty bed and dirty towel. Everything was terrible.

We were not given entry in the hotel and the hotel staff is also useless.

Very poor management. Not upto the mark
