Hotel O Raman Palace

Returning from patratu, we needed some hours spend near ranchi station, that's why i booked one room through make my trip. I booked raman hotel one room stating my family details of couple & 2 kids. I went there as per location details given in mm t app & experienced hotel reception no booking showing in their mm t app. So hotel offered me room in adjacent hotel with payment as they haven't details of my booking payment which i paid through digital payment through phonepe. I complained through mm t helpline & they promised me solved the problem within 5 to 10 min. I was in the open sky waiting outside hotel with my kids at evening 5pm. After 25 min i personally booked one room adjacent hotel for some hours as my train kriya yogi at night 10-15pm. After 35 min call came from cc-are telling hotel owner communicated & he is waiting for our arrival. I went to the hotel reception & found no call came from mmt. From that spot i complained helpline that they calling somebody else not showing in hotel reception. Finally no solution came. After 5 days when i again asked about solution of open docket in app showing pending, mm t closed the docket. This is mm t helpline. My experience with mm t is more than 10 years but it comes to end. Thanks for the past good experience which i gathered.

Good experience during the stay

Room at raman palace is nothing as mentioned in their details. When you arrive they say as price is low we can't give you a good room. I booked a room which has amenities like ac, television, landline, water heater all were mentioned but when room was given it has only a small room with a non working tv and no other amnities. The rooms and corridor are very unhygienic with spit all around windows and common corridor.

It was good and hygienic. There was safety and standard.

Dear team, Bedsheet, the blanket was dirty and stains over that and room and toilet were so small and compact. There was no regulator for the fan and the door lock was temporary. It was really a pathetic stay.

Overall experience is pathetic.
