Hotel O Phoenix residency

It was listed a property with Breakfast and once I went to checkin I had surprise of the day when they said no kitchen at all at their place. They gave 191 refund for not offering breakfast and charged me full though I did not checkin

The booking has a complementary breakfast included, but the front desk guy said there is no breakfast straightaway. He was not even considering my request and not customer friendly. I do not recommend for business stays

employees are not professional, they are rude, no proper cleaning, for 3 days stay room was not cleaned once, tv is there but no channel available, ac is there but ac remote is not there so basically everything is available as stated in advertisement but nothing is available to use.

I must say it was very easily accessible hotel by public transport that offers budget friendly rooms is a treat to stay at. The check in process was super quick, and the staff was really helpful and polite. Its location is the best thing, as i had to travel for electronic city, it is very well connected. I had an amazing experience here. Would recommend.

One of the best hotel in hotel that too in this low budget. I was surprised by the excellent service they gave even in midnight. The hotel was above my expectations in all the terms. Even the rooms were amazing with superb interiors. The price i found was very low seeing the hospitality they gave. I will surely visit here again.

It was a decent place to stay. The beddings were comforting here and the rooms were amazing. Staff here was fantastic as they served us so well. Food here was delicious. The pocket friendly tariff here was the mein reason i went here. Wish to visit here again.

A wonderfully developed and decorated place. I was amazed by their exterior look and their hospitality at first moment. The staff had a great skill to handle and serve the guests. Rooms were also the best one could find ever. I just loved this place and also the tariff was not that high.

Fantastic! just one word to describe this hotel. A hotel can be that awesome i never thought. Be it rooms, staff, food, other amenities, this hotel was excellent in all the areas. The parking they had was huge and secured. Also the connectivity of this hotel to public transport was easy. Overall, a great experience staying here.

They standard of the hotel is very low. Had to change my hotel the very next day.
