Good property nice to stay in zolo Styx and awesome property in KPHB and steff is so helpful and property manager is so supportive

I have booked the hotel so that when I come in morning I will be able to stay for 3-4 hours and freshen up and continue my journey.I will be reaching hotel on morning and after 6-7 hours I will be checking out and I have said the same to hotel receptionist but he still have my room to another person.So when I reached in morning the receptionist was not there,there was a number I called him he picked up and said I have given your room to someone else now come after 11 o clock to get checked in.I said ok once you come down and let us talk he said yes and never came I called him repeatedly but no answersp.Now I was stranded.Then by god's grace a couple checked out at that time they also tried calling that guy but he didn't received the call.so they just kept the key and gone then I took that key because I really need to freshen up I came from night bus journey from Bangalore so I went into that room without formal checkin and without room cleaning.Anyhow I managed to do my stuffs and checked out by 11.I handed over the key to them they didn't knew that I never checked in to that hotel.No check out formality done,a great security lapse.And the rooms,the bed were very very bad.

Tv not working, no ac remote control, bathroom is not clean and no chairs or table in room at all. Unhappy with this hotel
