Literally cheating in the name of discounted price
Guys, seriously this nayudu hotel people are cheating by giving fake advertisements by showing less price. After booking with non refundable rule and these guys will say initially no room available even after getting the room confirmation inorder to get extra money. Literally we have ended up paying 400 to 500 extra since no option left and no time to find to other hotel.

Worst hotel don't suggest to the coustomer. Management was too worst. And the room service boys are in drunken. So don't suggest this hotel for family pls. And they will collect excess money from the family coustomer. And they won't give gst bills.

Don't use this hotel because i have booked 2 rooms combo offer 2+1rooms, but they are saying make my trip give like that only, in reality it will not happen, we can not give 2 rooms and ac, wifi facility. And also in this hotel have non refundable option. If we book the hotel. We don't have other option to cancel the room. If you cancel the booking, you can not get refund. Terrible Stay
I was only to stay for 3 hrs on 25. 04. 2023 as i need to catch flight from visakhapatnam to chennai and the hotel is nearby to airport. I have reached at 8. 30am, but they not allowed and me as the checkin will be at 12pm, my flight at 12. 30am after lot of time they allowed me with rs. 300 extra. The ac in room was not working, no drinking water provided, particularly the flush in water closet not working. Totally the hotel is a no. 1 waste and undesirable.

Location was good, food was not available in hotel but swiggy, zomato was available at the location. Room was not so hygienic, i called them several times to clean the room and for room service. Place was safe. But they are not professional that's why i faced some problems at the time of check in and i paid extra amount. But fortunately make my trip team supported me mentally and refund my extra money back within one day. Many many thanks to paras jain and his colleagues.
