Manager is unprofessional desi type hotel. Hotel nhi khunga rainbasera. Not recommend to anyone. Bakwas jitne bhi bad feedback ho me us rainbasere ko and when ke manager ko dedicate krunga. And thanks to mm t for resolving my issue and give me another hotel.

They charge extra beside you confirmed booking. They asked for 200rs extra to me. Location is good. Have ample parking facility. In house kitchen is not there. They provide a restaurant contact from where you can order food. There was some electricity problem. Power backup was there but some technical issue was there so cant complain for that as it's a technical glitch no water at morning. Phone charging port was not working. Tv not working.

It was cheap and good hotel to stay near Roorkee, the hotel is situated outside the city

familyHotel was not even 5% of what one can expect in a hotel booked through MMT. Few staff members were obedient specially cook but most of them were unaware of what we call hospitality. There were only 3 staff members in the hotel,(one at reception, one cook and one service boy ) to Cater to the requirement of all guests. There were no variants in the name complementary breakfast except tea and aloo parantha. Cleanliness can be cited by the creeping of ants on the bed. The stay was totally disappointing. Next time I would doubt on MMT hotel recommendations.

This is a fraud Hotel. Avoid

I reached the hotel at 1 in the night. I had informed the hotel about my late arrival. At 1 in the night the staff tried arguing with me that since the tariff was low, he will not switch on the AC. When 2-3 other guests came out of their rooms due to the commotion, he agreed. Each of those guests had some service complaints, no towels, water, etc. In the morning, I checked out at 9 am. Despite reminders from 8:30, no breakfast was served. Since it was getting late, I left without breakfast despite having paid for it

The staff was very polite and friendly and was ready for service on call. The rooms were good and clean. A very good Hotel with in budget. However the location is a bit far from City. An ideal Hotel for travellers
