Hotel O Mint Leaves Near Alcazar Mall

Room maintenance and location not good!! No proper towels were provided. Staff was co-operative but let down by property maintenance

The blanket & pillow were untidy. Too many mosquitos. No proper service. No mineral water services.

Stay was average and the customer service need to be improved , 🙂 overall average for this stay

Room was spacious. But neatness was least in bathroom and even in room amenities too. Even room floor was not broomed. There were no mirror. Bath room was worst. With it half money can able to stay in better place. Whatever the reviews and photos available is fake or many years back taken one.

It was a great stay at OYO MINT LEAVES. Room is very spacious and clean. Hot water is available 24 hour's. We checked in earlier but still staff allowed us to stay which was very nice. It was peaceful stay. Thank you very much 👍. Totally recommended.

Cockroaches, fan speed uncontrollable, water leakage, dust everywhere, terrible fan sound, stains on floor, stains on bed, stains on towels, stains on bed, poor reception service, worst lift, poor lock system. Definitely won’t book again.

It was very good, the reception was very active and whenever we call then they will pick immediately.

It's just a service apartment. No facility, very difficult to find the location, no food facilities

Room ok but bed sheet not clean and bathroom ok but buckets not good arrangement old paint buckets remaining is good

No basic food aminity no water glasses in room

firstly I must tell you this is not a hotel. this is an apartment where you will get a flat structure where you will also face network problems and they ask for extra money if you have paid less. they will not allow you to check-in, so please check any property. owner behaviour is not satisfactory so in my opinion I strictly told you not to book this hotel otherwise you will face issue and the room is not deserve for this price. so please don't book this hotel.

Proper room cleaning and linen change not took place during our four night stay. Exhaust was not working, charging shockets were coming out. Ac remote was not working. Other than rest was fine.

1. After reaching the hotel i said i booked hotel in mmt. " u will not get checkin. Call to customer care n complaint" i told them m in an emergency and i really need to check in. Collected 629 rs extra cash. Worst reception people. Careless answers. Please re consider idea of staying here. It's useless for the price.

Location not a prominent one. We had booked through make my trip along with breakfast but actually breakfast facility was unavailable. Hotel person told us to take refund from make my trip. Please arrange for my refund at your earliest.

Very bad service, staff behaviour verybad, i booked deluxe room but room not allowed i ask but staff says deluxe room neat available i was pressure than deluxe room allowed

First of all location is really bad. They gave me top floor and even the lift was not working so i need to carry all my luggage by myself to the top floor and there was noone to even help. And the place was more like haunted giving me the vibes of evil dead rise hotel

Good location. No security personnel. Doors get shut often due to wind. Customer can't open from inside. Room cleaning unavailable 24x7. Hassle free check in though. Parking is good.

The hotel is located at a very centre of the city. Check in was fast & appreciated. But room service is not upto mark. No safety features or at property. Faulty elevators. I got stuck in the elevator once with no means to contact property manager or anyone. Elevator alarm was useless because no round the clock security personnel. A door closed on me once and reception people had to come open it & rescue me. Bathroom & wardrobe fittings are broken or missing. During rain, water seeps in and stays on the floor only to be sweep-ed up next morning. Till next morning guests have to 'manage' somehow! no round the clock cleaning personnel. Intermitten wifi. Sofas meant for guests' usage are fouled with servants' things. Can stay for a short while because of location.

this is my second time staying at Mint Leaves. The staff are as good as always. Nice behavior.Friendly treatment. Cleans the rooms twice daily and everyday changes the bedsheets.
