Poor Stay

They denied payment and asking for extra money. After complaint raised to Oyo, they said no need to pay and they will heck with the manager. After that they said manager did not refused your booking you go and check again. Again manager said the same thing. After taking a video, their boss came and then gave the room.

Worst experience ever. Receptionist has no knowledge of how to talk to guests. I have paid for the hotel on mm t already. After reaching there he demanded for extra money and started saying if you wanna stay here pay extra otherwise you can go. Overall worst terrible experience ever. I suggest never visit this hotel.

soloThe guy at the reception told me a room rent was 1400 but mmt took 2500. Also the guy at the reception told me that he won't cater to my request if i was from within delhi. Since i was from outstation, he's giving me the room. There was no tooth brush, tooth paste, bathing soap, towel in the room. When asked at reception, they said they will not provide. Ridiculous

Need a lot of improvement

All hotel is very dirty washroom is dirty, need new mattresses need new paint new bed sheet breakfast does not taste right, need new cook and need new utensil all hotel new update.
