we went to the hotel at 12 AM, 21 aug 2025 my booking was from 20th Aug because of the train delay. I asked them to check out late because I have checked in on my second Day of booking days. He said for a late check out I have to pay extra I have paid him 400 pn checkout day. but I'm not able to see this payment has been updated on MakeMyTrip I have not got any notification about paid amt. and I face a very terrifying night experience at the hotel someone on the door at midnight 1:30 AM 22nd aug 2025, as we are only 3 women we got screed, I called receptionist but he was not in hotel that moment and he said I will check n call back but he didn't called back again after 5 min I called him n he said sorry Thier was care taker n he was just nocking for room fresher, in the morning I asked that care taker why u r nocking n he said for room freshener. which we haven't took. n I asked show me CCTV n he said sorry cctv is nor working. this was very dangerous experience we have face in Uttar Pradesh. very disappointed with this hotel Even AC was nor working Bathroom was smelling bad.
