Room and washroom were average, clean. Service was not great. Asked for water and they refused. Proximity to city is there. Okay for solo travellers, not recommended for couples, family.

Unwashed blankets. Got cold and cough due to allergy. No complimentary breakfast provided. Will not recommend this third class rooms to anyone.

Location of the property is very good. But the guests should only depend upon the hotel for food. Though the menu shows more than 30 items only one or two are available that too after ordering 3 hrs in advance. On the polling day viz, 19th of april food was not made available and we had to travel to kodai town which is about 8kms, for food. Rooms, though stated to accommodate 3 adults, it is not so actually even for extra single bed as the room is too small. Even for that bed, cover was not provided despite my request. Any how the owner and the staff were courteous. Over all it is an average hotel.

Property is in the good location to enjoy the climate but room is not maintained that great for the amount they have charged. Food is really good at the premium cost.

There was no sign of the stay at the entrance so it was hard to make out in the dark. Plus there was no proper road leading to the stay, it’s muddy and full of rocks. Other than that the room was decent.

As per our liking we had a pleasant stay, as in, it was away from the hustle bustle of the city so peaceful and food home cooked so again a plus only thing which requires work is outdoor and some room furniture maintenance.

The property is located 4 km from the kodaikanal city, very good views from the property. A good place to visit with family and friends. We have ordered food for dinner and breakfast the taste an quality is good. We have booked through makemy trips normally the breakfast will be complementary but this property has no complementary breakfast. Pet friendly. Little more cleanliness may attract more crowd

The room was good. But the location is too far from Kodai. No hot water. Food was also not up-to the mark.

Worst hotel experience ever. No water and WiFi. The staff was drunk and misbehaved.

Bathroom handle is not working and geyser is not working. Also in the morning so much noise around there, else food and room cleanness is really good.

In the room no towel, soap and shampoo. They can add this, please tell them to provide these things, otherwise we enjoyed.

The room location was nice. Rooms and bath room were maintained good. The staffs were attentive and quick in assistance. The food was pathetic. Room budget should be revised and it seems to be little costly. Booking through MakeMyTrip was beneficial.
Room has to be maintained very clean and no dust should be there in the top corners of wall.
Food was not good, half cooked chapathis and dishes were not tasty.
