Worst behaviour

They do not speak properly with the customer. behaviour of the staff and manager didn't return back my balance and harassed me a lot. Worst experience of my life. If someone is reviewing my review i would suggest never to book this hotel if you wished to then go for it to experience the worst thing. Thanking you !
