actually when we have arrived at the hotel , they were charging extra money for the room and they were telling us that we have upgraded our room somehow at the end we were getting late so we checked in... so this is the worst experience and we have got only 2bed for 3adults ..... and at the checkout time they were expecting tips from us and they were forcing us to give 5 star ⭐ rating
