Hotel O Homestay Unique Beach Guest House

this has been a horrendous experience so far in this oyo property. even the basic amenities are not available. they have denied for the breakfast even after it is included in my booking. washroom is dirty and unhygienic. no cold water. tv not functioning. needless to say anything about this property. i will stay to any oyo property again. please refund my amount. this is highly highly unsatisfactory stay. i know this was my last minute booking and since i could not get better properties due to sold out i had to book this hotel, but this experience has been demeaning.

It is in good location at Digha, also food is tasty as like as home. All staff are very cooperative.

I have chosen cash on arrival options. When I have reached the Hotel staff denied to provide room. As they don't have room available.

Overall stay at the Hotel was satisfactory due to cooperation extended by the service boy available twenty hours at the Hotel. The accommodation is more like a holiday home than a well managed Hotel. Location is good and sea view is very good from first floor rooms, it is located in a village and approach road is narrow for a car to reach there. There is no system of changing bed sheets and towels once the occupants vacates a room. Frequent power cut and voltage fluctuations affects functioning of as. If proper care is taken by Oyo who manages the hotel, this can be a good small Hotel for a family.

It is recommended to all the travellers to stay in this Hotel.

Hotel location is very good, no hotel for food nearby, Unique beach hotel is charging more than nearby places, room was not clean, bed sheet was not clean when I checked in, the room was not cleaned and bedsheet not changed on the 2nd day after I checked-in. Let's see what's happening on the 3rd day.

Very terrible experience. Room was found in very very very bad condition. Bed sheet, duvet cover, hand towel, bath towel has stain. Never wants to stay there again. And the staff behavior was very bad. Most worst hotel stay in my life. AC is not effective. Not swing the fan of AC. Staff has all time switched of AC. Worst service and worst hotel. Bathroom condition was very bad.

The hotel is very near to ghat. The view from the hotel is very beautiful. There is only 2 staff but they are very helpful. It's a perfect home stay away from market. Only 10 minutes walking by beach road from old Digha sea beach and Mohana. Since there is no lights for few metres in the beach road now on the way to hotel, so I will suggest to take the village road through sea wind, cossyin and sea sand.

No communication from the main market. Remote location. Bad experience. No facility available at the hotel. Poor room service.

The room services was very pathetic, no intercom to communication with service desk. No canteen available. There is no proper road to reach hotel from bus stand or railway station. The hotel is in very remote location, away from old Digha. Either you have to walk for half an hour or take Toto to reach Main Market or Digha sea beach. The quality of the food is also very bad. The improvements they need, is close this business and start new thing.

After going to hotel, we thought that it was a mistake to book the room. But after reaching there, we were shocked. Rooms were very good, especially room number 101, which had a sea facing balcony. Hotel has 3 minutes walking distance to the beach. Not much crowded, you the enjoy the sea water over there. Every staff are very good and the room service is good. This hotel is too good and the receptionist Samit's behaviour is very superb.

My experience is average about hotel.

Hotel ambience is very good and staff behavior is also good. Breakfast food quality was not so good and the price for lunch and dinner is little much in respect to the market price.
