Hotel O Happy Journey

Hotel happy o journey is the worst hotel i have ever booked, first of all they do not give you room even if you have booked one, then if you are aware of patna police grievance redressal then you have to call them to help you getting the room you have booked. Once the police brushes the hotel management then you somehow get a room. Now the rooms inside are terrible with no facilities at all, foul smell, shanty bathroom, unclean bed and pillow and no blanket for chilling winters (better advised to carry yourself one) then there is terror of mosquito. The staff is not responsive, there is no room services. So overall if you are looking for a hotel it is not to look for and even if it is the last hotel in this world i would never book it again.

Very bad experience till now in my stay at any hotel. Only suitable for 2 or 3 hrs. Pathetic horrible stay

Hotel staff are nice but room are need to arrange in better way. They need to maintain hygiene. Bedsheet are not clean.

Book hone ke baad bhi 500 extra liya or room not clean. Gizzre not working

Worst experience bathroom is so bad and room is also dirty and smells so bad and ask extra money so be careful for this property

Hotel location is not so good and not good hygiene. Even drinking water has to purchase at high rate.

Decent hotel with soothing ambience and utter quietness. I was here to relax and the place didn’t disappointed me. The check in was smooth and quick. Rooms were extraordinary good seeing such a low pricing. They also had a good parking facility with tight security for the safety of vehicles. They had few good tourist spots nearby which i visited. It was great time here.

Very pathetic room condition, tv was not working, there wasn't any night lamp or something which can provide dim light at night, bed and pillow were full of dirt, floor wasn't cleaned properly, door mat was full of dirt. Waste of money don't go.

1) bathroom clean, 2) room clean, 3) cool room no need of ac, 4) food service is good but price is very high(hotel does’s have any food kitchen they told you to order from restaurants, very outer area, if you are student and your exam centre is at near pm mall or idz 1/2/3 then it is a good hotel

I was looking for a place to spend some quality time with my friends and family and this hotel was a perfect match. Everything from hospitality to room service to hygiene of the place was great. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and definitely recommend this place.

The hotel has got some great rooms which have all the basic amenities. Hotel staff is welcoming and helped us in getting a smooth check-in. Finding hotel was not at all a problem for me. I had a fun time during my stay.

Beautiful rooms furnished with good quality furniture are allotted post an easy check-in. Fresh amd crisp linens are put on the bed. Hotel staff is welcoming and very kind. Health and hygiene norms are strictly followed. Had a great time during my stay.

A great place to get clean and pocket friendly rooms with fast room service. Staff members are efficient at their job and are kind towards their customers. I had a wonderful time during my stay.

A great ambience i experienced here while staying here for just one day. I had a check in without any problem. Staff was great aswell. The rooms were the best in this range. The connectivity was also above the belt of this hotel. I will surely visit here again.

Booking ac room. But they provided non ac room. Room service is not available. Even they are not given cold water. Behavior of hotel stuff is too rude. Book other hotel. Never book this hotel.

Early check in charge is very high although mm t claims free check in. You have to go 1. 5-2 km for lunch and dinner
