Hotel O Evergreen Guest House

Totally unfit to stay. Dirty & uncleaned room. Service is very bad. No soap and tissues in the washroom.

I will say never ever in your life to book this hotel. The caretaker guy was so worst, i'll mannered, drunkard. So booked this hotel due to some urgent work and the moment we reached the caretaker guy straightway refused and told us that there were no empty rooms available even after showing valid booking details. But after some arguments he offered us a room if we were willing to pay offline and taking advantage of the situation he demanded exorbitant amount. The up i named mentioned the guy's name as arjun roy. I hope that mm t takes proper initiative.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed. They charged 3500 extra charge which we have already booked and packed they asked us to cancel the booking at 8 pm in an unknown place. They looted our helpless situation. It was non refundable so we have to stay there with their demanding money. And you should have some rules that none hotel can do such like that. I tried to connect you also but cannot. No one responded. The hotel owners blames on make my trip. They advice d not to book in make my trip in future it is an lootera app blaa. Blaa. And i will never book a hotel trusting u. I will never recommend u to someone. Worst experience ever

I'm Going to shillong, and I'm booking Evergreen guest house, I will pay , but Hotel manager Want 1500, but I'm stay. This Hotel, Non Ac Room, Shillong weather is very Cool or Beautiful, but I'm satisfied☺️.

Honestly the room is so dirty the washroom is worst not worthy and the place is ok for there is parking space but the only thing is the room not worth the price

After reaching the hotel, the hotel staff asked how much i paid through mmt, and categorically denied to give room keys in this price, which is already booked and paid through mmt. The differnce amount between their expected price and mm t price has to be adjusted in order to stay. Otherwise your money and room both gone!
