"One of the housekeeping staff members was incredibly kind and humble. Unfortunately, there was no hot water available, forcing us to endure cold showers in the midst of winter with temperatures as low as 7 degrees. Despite being informed that complimentary breakfast was available, I ended up paying 500 rupees for the meal."
