Very good experience behaviour of the owner is very good all services are available and value for money

Hotel has no parking and he says a gadi kahi bhi khadi karo mujhe nahi pt a main room de shakta hu bus. Koi person bhar se aaya hai anjaan city main gadi kaha park karega Bakwas service hai

Not Check in , Tried calling MMT before check in time, no body picked up, later multiple representatives picked call and said that they are providing resolution, multiple separate emails sent , completely unprofessional behaviour, they even don't know that one subject one mail, everytime unprofessional behaviour. I'm roaming in a hired Taxi, 4 hrs wasted in this humid weather and they are saying resolution providing in 3 mins and continously taking go me for more then 1:30 hrs , total 6 persons spoken to me for more then 4 hrs. unprofessional. untrained and time waste attitude. My hard Earned money wasted, they are on duty and wasting my time, money and value. Honey pre-booking wasted, Insurance wasted, 2000 Taxi wasted, My time wasted. Requesting COO for your kind Intervention . Please look into the matter and facilitate for my complete money wasted on your team and compensate for my Time. Thanks.

The room was below average, no handwash, no water in the tap, no towel, no water bottle, ac was terrible, no dustbin in the room. I wanted to cancel my booking but i checked after 12 so no refund was there that's why i have to stay for the night. The bathroom was dirty, the shower head was dirty i didn't have any shower in the morning, and didn't even wash my face because the water was not good. Overall it was a terrible experience that night.

Bad experience. Not clean room. Mosquitoes also present. Staff also charged extra for mattresses i do think recommend it.

Very near to rely stn. Bedsheets, rajai cover are not washed, woodwork on walls need dusting, cleaning. Staff are cooperative

Took too much time for check in as there were no rooms available inspite of booking prior also later the room provided was not as same as the rooms shown the condition of room was very poor in comparison to what i paid for

They don't have tha car parking, you to search parking on your own. So if you are going by car, think once again.

Worst place ever, not even cleaned, cockroaches are having party everywhere, washroom was so stinky and dirty and you will not even get hand wash and towel.

Sir location par pahuchne hotel booking mana kaur diya. Room diya he nhai gya. Bola jha se book kaya whoa se bat karo. Aap se b koi contact nhi ho pay a kafi kosis ki. Complaint khao karni h refund ke kiye. I need refund and harsment compunction. Casumar court mai jaunga. Aap ne solve nhi kaya to.

Everything was good and staff behaviour was also good. Just little bit cleaning of bedsheet needed, other things are okay.

The stay was good. Cleaning is done daily. The staff is also supportive.

Ki app turant band kar de. 6 ghante rahna thai. V ah b hi mushkil ho gaya. Paisa de ke fans gaya thai. Bhavishy me khud se pa-hunch kar room lena chahiye. Logo ko mera vinamra sujhav hai

Basic amenities like drinking water, toiletries and even towels were not available. Poor sanitisation standards were displayed by the hotel as linen was not cleaned. Poor services at the hotel, since the person on duty refused to even carry luggage to the room on the third floor. Overall, a very bad experience.

We did check in after a long journey but couldn’t stay in the hotel as the room was very unhygienic & was smelling bad. There was no proper ventilation as well, no room service available so we immediately left. Ac in the room was not working as well. We were treated very badly & room was unhealthy. We had to find another hotel after this. We didn’t expect to find such shady hotel from a eminent application like makemytrip. Requesting for a refund for this harassment as we couldn’t stay in the hotel.
