Hotel O Anuska Guest House

when reached to the hotel, they refused to take this booking. Make My Trip reschedule my booking at Hotel O The S R INN which was 17 km away from that place! Thus I requested the customer care team to refund my money for this booking as they are not able to give service. Please note Anushka guest house refused to take others booking from Make My Trip whereas they have many vacant rooms. They are insisting the customers to take same hotel at a high price!

Property manager was rude and denied providing the ac room that i had booked, he demanded extra money for the same. In the beginning they provided non ac room with sealed windows and when i asked them to open they said can not be open. The room was suffocating and then i was demanded extra money for ac room which i had booked. They do not provide even drinking water and most of the amenities that is mentioned in the booking details. There was no bathroom kit and most of the rooms do have hangers. They charged double the mrp for local drinking water bottle. The bed sheet was too dirty and provided blanket after repeated asking.
