The Hotel used to be good…its turned old, unmaintained and poorly managed. We had challenges of hot water for shower…inspite of telling the staff about our early departure next morning, they didn’t bother to make privision for hot water. Initially they told us that the mineral water is not complementary, later gave small bottles of water complementary on the night we checked in…didn’t give it next day.

Terrible Stay

The rooms are very dirty. Not worth of 3500. Food quality bad. Room service ok. Management ok. They changed my room. No tea/cofee machine. Room smells. Toilet fittings worn out. It is somewhat similar to ola with larger size. but that's all about it.

One of the worst hotel in solapur city. Please don't book at all

The room was in terrible condition. Unhygienic room with lot of dust. Found few cockroaches around. Sofa had a hell lot of dust, it seemed like it was not cleaned for ages. Washroom condition was worst. Flush was poor, bath shower was not working. The bucket was like it has been in place for over decades. They provided me with normal ac room while i had booked for super deluxe. The bed was also smelling foul smell, towels were not washed properly. Failed miserably while booking this hotel. One of the worst hotel in the city. Please don't book. This is a genuine review

Horrible stay at hotel mantra-la

I paid for a terrible stay at hotel mantralaya. I checked in at 1. 50 pm as i travel-led from akkalkot. The hotel was not ready for our arrival. I was allotted room no. 202, a very horrible room. The bathroom was not clean at all. It was stinking and spots all over the wc. The wash basin was leaking. The room was not neat and clean. Very basic facilities were not good. We spent almost 6 hours outside in solapur market as we could not stay at the room. We checked out at morning 5. 20 am. So you can imagine that we hired the room at 2 pm and checked out at 5. 20 am. That is 15 hours out of which we spent 6 hours outside. We did not get good sleep as the bed was not clean.
