I booked it for my relatives. They are simple people from village. The Hotel manager looking at their site people outfit, told them to stay in a dirty room for 1 hour before allotting proper room. But the poor mind didn't give them a room, and they we're forced to stay in a dirty, store room type place, looks worse than a servants room. And they had charged so much money for that room through MakeMyTrip. I booked it through MMT. So it's the responsibility of MMT also to remove this hotel from your panel.

The hotel does not even have a proper display board to locate it. Took lot of time to search the hotel. Booked for 2 rooms but only 1 room allotted. They kept delaying and final at midnight the guests had to manage with 1 room. The atmosphere was not good. Not proper for families as some heated discussion was going on till late night between guests and. Hotel management.

coupleRoom - horrible to say the least. There was fungus on the walls. The bed was dirty. The toilet was OK. Location - could not find the place using Google Maps. It points to an unknown location. I was not even checked in. There was no record that I stayed there. It is not at all like the photos shown on MakeMyTrip.

Minimum required facility like one bottle drinking water and hand wash in toilet must be provided. Hotel location is quite good as its very near to Nizzamuddin Railway Station. Its worth to stay in hotel if the hotel management agreed to improved the available facility.

The hotel is worst hotel that ever I have stayed. Only the location is average, Except that any thing is not good. Rooms are very dirty, A/C is not working, even TV is also not in service as management has not paid the DTH Subscription. Staff behavior is not good. Over all very bad hotel.

Location is good. But service is tooo bad. Dirty towels. And room is no where close to the one shown in the gallery MMT site. (As far as cleanliness is concern lazy staff and no telephone in the room to use in emergencies. All the time you will have to go to reception.
