Make my trip has taken 9558 rs for one deluxe 3 bedded room for one night on spot booking of that room was available 4000 for one night. Make my trip has taken double money so kindly refund it, and stop such fooling of costumer

Room was stinky, have asked hotel staff and they simply come with room fresheners sprays which will last for few minutes only. Complementary breakfast was an average. Hot water supply limited to 2 hrs only. Its an average hotel.

Overpriced hotel which do not provide basic services like hot water in shower (they charge 100rs for 30 min after 9am) don’t consider this hotel if you are reaching after 9am into the town. Also there are no towels bedsheet n covers were dirty, hot water cattle was not provided. I mean why will you spend 11865 rs for 2 nights for this hotel where you are keep hearing no we don’t have this n that! hot water is literally basic service all hotels provide worldwide. And this is palace you are paying decent amount. Simply avoid booking this property

Hotel is at a good location and easy to find. We were charged around 6k per room due to unavailability at other hotels. Compared to other hotels around, this is way too expensive and doesnt have that many services/amenities. Garden outside is too small for anyone to sit and relax. Hot water only available from 7 to 9 in the morning. I wont recommend this at all unless you dont have other options.
