Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.

I don't have any discount Because 2 times I had a bad experience No view in room as per mention in your website No facilities about the car parking no cleaning in the bathroom and the bathroom was in very bed condition

I stayed for a 1 day. Room was clean. The faulty flush was repaired after 2 hrs.

Some rooms are good. Some rooms are average. Hotel relies on only one cook.( chef ).

It's a budget Hotel at the Heart of the City. It's Staff is very polite and available at all times. Very near to Temple, Lala Bazaar and Bus Stops. Well Cooked homely food served hot. Strongly recommended.

location of the property is ok in the center of city.there is nice hilly market area nice people behavior.

While booking the room in this hotel, they promised to provide free parking. But when we checked in, the manager said that parking is not available. Secondly the location of hotel was not good, as is was showing while booking it Lastly, the staff also said that you should have not booked online. It costs very high.

High charges as compared to actual rates. Parking facility not available, has to pay for parking, rs 100 per night. Whereas, free parking, mentioned while booking. Very noise night, not good crowd. Not recommended for family stay.

No one received call in morning hours

1) Hotel's location was excellent. 2) Good mountain view from the front side rooms 3) Room was small and service also needs improvement compared to the price charged.
