Staffs are very unprofessional, food quality is worst and even they serve us rotten food which is smelly as well

No proper glasses, plates, etc. Eatables were being served in disposable plates and cups. Natural light and air wasn't available in the room. Very suffocating environment. It's not worth the price. Toilet wasn't clean and no toiletry was available either. The service was poor too.

They don't support customers, food quality is very bad room cleaning not proper, bedding and towels not change daily basis.

Room space is okay, no outside window. Himalayan view from drawing is good. Bed is not clean. Service average. Location 3. 5 km from martek. Very difficult to get share conveyance after 3 p. M.

This was one of the best places i have stayed at such cheap price. Good service, good food, amazing view of the himalayas and nice people.

Room is neat and clean, hotel staff behaviour is too good. Location is awesome and price is also too good. A little high rate of food but overall nice experience.

It's more like a abandoned building : no hotel facilities in place. Not even a hot water kettle to prepare tea and a have a cup of tea in cold times. Maintenance people tried to help the gap, cook was good. Later part of the days : we were the only people stayed in that building and out of 3 days only one elderly couple stayed for one night.

hotel bed sheet was given very dirty and used. then later changed after much insistence. hotel management was very poor. but hotel front staff are well behaviour during the stay

love the cleanliness maintain in this hotel. lobby were clean. rooms were good and spacious. bedsheet was freshly washed and iron. i can smell it's freshness. never seen such hygiene atmosphere in any hotel at such a price. had great stay 🙏. hotel is good for its price and services. you can have great view of himalaya form hotel lobby. and in front of it there is shawl factory and tea estate. nice walking along with tea bushes.

We had a 1 night stay at hotel hill palace. Property is nicely located. Good view of himalayas from room. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Hotel is on road, very close to kausani market, newly refurbished. Good homely food and well care taken by mam. Overall stay was good.

Good for family for the touring

Clear Himalaya facing hotel and room was also facing Himalaya. Superb location for sightseeing but market was little far away, recommended for families and honeymoon couple. Food was excellent. A budget luxury hotel.

Location was good. But room have no wardrobe. After 6 pm no hot water facility. Manager good but room service was not up to the mark. No toiletry, no modern facility. Hotel look dramas a. Just for staying maximum 1 night. Hotel location and food was good.
