washroom and room was not clean. bed sheet was very old or maybe they had put it their for a very long time. waste of mony

The manager said there is no booking with my name on their computer so I have to re Book my ticket I had to re Book my ticket and pay for it twice

The facilities are not good, even the name of the hotel is not written outside, the food is also not good.

I was charged extra for early checkin and no receipt were provided for this, tho my check out was quite earlier than the scheduled time yet they charged extra, the cleanliness of the room is questionable, this is not expected from the plateform like makemytrip. There was no board of hotel, at first it was looking fishy, then the room was quite dirty and while asking to change the room we were told that most of the rooms are this dirty. Being a regular customer of makemytrip one doesn’t expect this kind of carelessness
