Worst property i been ever stayed in

1. Very dirty room. 2. staff behavior not acceptable as I stay in the hotel with my family. 3. toilet and bathroom condition was very bad 👎. 4. TV not working. 5. geysers not working. At last my stay experience was very bad 👎. Please do not call or book this hotel if you are staying with your family.

Room was ok. Location is very good, 5 min distance from luxman jhula. Very well connected with the road to neelkanth. Worth as per rate. Bathroom disappointed us more. Bad odour and unhygienic.

Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit in Rishikesh. The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. I must comment on your MD. of Hotel -Mr. Shekhar. I had a small problem and he handled it with grace, charm and professionalism.. Shekhar is very soft-spoken and courteous. He was ready to do anything good for the guests. Thank you very much for your excelente hospitality. And the fooood... WOW Ankit!! to the chef amazing food. The food at lunch and dinner was really amazing! Thank you from me my wife and my daughter for feeding us home food. Jyoti special thanks to you! You have done your job better. No safety measures was followed

Genset was not working. Couldn't take bath till 11 in the morning due to power failure. Which hampered our whole day planning to visit at rishikesh

Good stay with reasonable price. Location is also good

Rooms were good. But bathrooms were horrible. Some electronics were not working. Lift not working. No room heaters.

So the rooms are really good & clean. View is very nice from the hotels. The staff over there is so good and cooperative. Our gyeser was not working and we said them they immediately changed the room and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall this is excellent property in terms of budget & service.

Please don't ever stay in this hotel. Small dirty and smelly rooms, filthy washroom. Uneducated and unprofessional staff. Ruined our stay.

First was given bad room then after compliant they give food room. Room service is best.

This Hotel is not good. They provide another room in place of your original booked room. Bathroom is so small that you even can't take a Bath properly. Book this Hotel only if you have no other choice.

The Hotel is strategically located. The rooms of the Hotel are having little space to accommodate.

Check-in took more than one hour. Washroom was not clean.

Room wasn't clean, bathroom wasn't properly washed, generator back up wasn't there. Overall experience was very bad. Not recommended.
