I am rating the property 2 star only because of the staff they had.. they were very generous and did there best to help us with the available resources Their was no hot water running, no heater as mentioned on the facilities.. The hot water was only sent twice.. there were geyser in bathroom but they were not running because the property even had electricity issue which could not run geyser. In cold were the temperature drops to -10c we only had electric blankets to keep us warm which were definitely not enough in that kind of temperature. The water froze in the morning and we were left without water, thankfully we did fill up a bucket at night.. The buffet spread was very small and very limited.. not sure why shows this as "Feels like 5 star" property. Everything was bad except for the staff which tried to make it as comfortable as they could

Great location. Only 5 minutes walking from the main market. Excellent rooms . Food was great. Budget friendly.

The Dragon hotel is absolutely fantastic. The location is ideal, approximately 200 meters Leh market. The staff is amazing ,Bansilal at the hotel made sure that the stay was good. The lunch Buffet was very good. Ordered A La Carte for the nights.The room amenities are at par with 5 star deluxe properties. The Linen used was fresh with well attended beds and nice towels.

The hotel was overpriced and could match the expectation of a rs7000/- room. We stayed on Leh for three and for the rest of the 2 nights we took another hotel for 5000 at very very good hotels

Great and responsible staff. We went to grand dragon by mistake and hotel dragon helped us to reach there

The Hotel looks extremely great however the rooms are not comfortable. The location is wonderful but with not great views

It's kind of heritage hotel with great food. Location is awsome and next to main market. Staff is 10 on 10.

Rooms and beds are too small highly charged as compare to others.

The property lacks basic amenities like non-functional intercom, sanitary ware in washrooms, etc.

Location is fine but the hotel is overpriced and lacks basic amenities. Non-working intercom, broken mugs in washrooms, loose sanitary wares, etc. were the main issues.

Hotel Dragon Leh, was the best place to experience Ladakhi hospitality. Originally being the Grand Dragon, the hotel has maintained their standards with the service and facilities. Walkable to the main market, the property is very conveniently located. About 10 mins from the airport. The staff was very helpful in helping us find local places to eat at and/or preparing specialized meals at the property. Would definitely recommend the stay at the property as the first experience/introduction to Ladakh and its people.
