I was booked dulux ac room but they are providing a single lowest room and this room was also not cleaned so very boas service and harassment me at the time of visit. Seriously i never visit again and suggest to my colleagues not to book this hotel. One of the westage hotel i have visited and all rooms are not good.

I write to inform you that dixit hotel staff are very stupid, idiot and quarrel some. I felt very disappointed while staying in dixit hotel. They embarrassed me without knowing the time of check in & check out. I tried to persuade them but they all argued with me. So that i left the hotel at night. Besides this, i find room is not properly cleaned, dust and dirty items were lying inside room. Tv was not running, no telephone was kept inside room. Overall very terrible experience while staying in dixit hotel.

Location is good but the condition of the rooms are terrible. They even don’t provide blanket and towel until unless you ask for it and the guy who showed the room was frequently asking money as tip photos shows nice hygienic rooms but in real it’s the opposite.

Hotel room was not clean, all the plug points were not working properly. Also faced issue regarding water facilities one day. Moreover the services that I received was much lower than the amount which I paid during the time of booking. Waste of money. The rates of food items in the restaurant of hotel was also high as compared to its location and facilities.
