We recently stayed at Crawford Inn for one night. The staff was polite and welcoming, making our initial impression quite pleasant. However, we faced some inconveniences during our stay. The breakfast offered was notably limited, with very few options available. We requested a minor change—switching from bread omelette to scrambled eggs—but were informed that such alterations weren't possible. This lack of flexibility was somewhat disappointing. Additionally, the location was difficult to find, causing us some trouble upon arrival. Clearer signage or directions would greatly benefit future guests. Overall, the hospitality of the staff was commendable, but improvements in breakfast variety, flexibility, and better navigation instructions would enhance the experience significantly.

Entry of hotel is satisfactory, but when you enter in row gallary of rooms one sided wall was not plastered it was just left as it was while construction, it was looking not good, room was good, but breakfast was terrible, in breakfast they offered only 2 options vada pav & omlet it was surprising, and vada pav quality was very cheap, sause was also low quality, ready made tea was not available, just option of black tea & milk mixed 70% water it was very bad even if we can say in train we get better tea than its was in this hotel. Just go directly in room without any observation then only the hotel is good.

1. Rooms are too small to move .2. Wall corridors are too bad & unfinished.3All the time sound of repairing works come from ground floor.4. Not safe for couples.5. Breakfast is awful, tea is served for one time in complementary breakfast. 5.Very bad experience. Even before booking Through Make my trip , it’s better to see physically .6. Should be blacklisted immediately. 7. The hotel is meant for only special kind of community which is not acceptable by ordinary Indian . Behaviour is too bad

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Hotel Experience Ever! I had the worst experience at this hotel, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional and disorganized and the staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests. The room was in terrible condition—unclean, with a foul smell, stained bedding, and malfunctioning amenities. The bathroom was even worse, with poor hygiene standards and leaking fixtures. Despite multiple complaints, no action was taken. To make matters worse, the food was subpar, and the overall hygiene in the dining area was concerning. The management was completely unresponsive and lacked basic customer service skills. This was an absolute waste of money, and I regret choosing this hotel. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend others to look elsewhere.

Location is convenient. But cleanliness was a problem - room was a little dusty. And had a musty small. Breakfast options were a problem - they only give you either omelette and bread, or the veg preparation. Cannot get both, it will be chargeable. Even properly made tea is chargeable. businessMy recent stay at Crawford Inn Hotel was far from satisfactory and left much to be desired. The room size was uncomfortably small, making it difficult to move around freely. My room partner struggled to find space to place his trolley, which speaks volumes about the lack of planning in the room’s layout. The washroom was no better—it was so cramped that I couldn’t even find a proper spot to keep my shaving kit. Adding to the discomfort, the cleanliness and maintenance were subpar. The bedding wasn’t changed the following day, which is a basic standard that any guest expects. Furthermore, the window blind curtains were faulty and didn’t function properly, which was both inconvenient and disappointing. To make matters worse, there was ongoing construction nearby, which not only caused noise disturbances but also seemed to affect the cleanliness of the hotel. Dust and debris were noticeable, and overall, the property felt neglected. In conclusion, the combination of tiny rooms, poor maintenance, and inadequate cleanliness made for a disappointing stay. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and makes improvements to enhance the guest experience. Let me know if you’d like me to tweak it further!
