I feel it's better we go to pondicherry and find a room. The hotel ayushman is like 6kms away from the city. Which is completely outskirts of pondicherry. The city itself is around 6kms to 8kms. There are varities of options.

Do not go by the pics added in the app. It's totally different from what we see in the app and in actual. Could have stayed in a room in the railway station instead which would have been far better in terms of the quality of the room

Good Stay

This hotel is not in city centre but calm and peaceful location. They serve food only from 12 pm. They have a roof top bar and a a/c bar which is good.

Very bad maintenance

From the lobby to room, no where cleanliness & maintenance work observed. Room not sanitised & cleaned at all at check in. Wash room was stinking on compliment only sprayed & went not cleaned flooring. Light was not working, on complaint attended. No hot water, on questing received answer there is problem. Wifi connected but no internet received answer net work problem, for 2 nights?

Many facilities were not provided as per the amenities mentioned

I booked 3 rooms for my family. Three members in 2 rooms and 4 member in one room. We paid charges for 3 person but suitable bed was not provided to accommodate 3 persons. Mineral water was not provided. Rooms were dirty. When ac was switched on flies were coming out of it.
