The owner of amber hotel mr parvez ansari and his staff were good. But we didnt feel comfortable in the room as it has no proper lights and cooler was too noisy. No lift, tv and than remote were not working properly, id card was not returned on time etc.

The hotel is hopeless. There is no cleanliness in the room. The bedsheets were dirty the fan was not working and the washroom or toilet was terribly dirty and stinky. Please think twice before booking room into it.

Very poor condition of room.

At the hotel. They asked you paid full payment. Then i said yes. Then they offered a room no 302. This room was very dirty. No any hygiene and sanitation there.

Not of the quality to call it a Hotel

The Hotel rooms and images shown does not match. Only surprise was that the bathroom was clean. But there was no hot water. Not ideal for family. Towel was wet and not clean or hygienic at all.
